Terms & Conditions

 

  1. When booking your tour with Tulivu Safaris Limited, please send us the date of arrival and departure dates as well as the number of people and ages of children.
  2. A deposit of 30% to 50% of total tour cost is required (depending on the property booked) at the time of confirming the booking and the balance is payable at least four weeks before your safari begins.
  3. Full payment for the tour is encouraged at booking confirmation.
  4. Direct transfer to our bank account, Credit Card via our Website or via Mpesa PayBill Number are acceptable payment methods.
  5. All rates are quoted either in KShs or USD per person sharing room.
  6. SRS (Single Room Supplement) is applicable to all guests NOT sharing.
  7. Children rates depend on the property booked. In most properties children below 3 years are free of charge and children above 11 years of age the full adult rate applies.
  8. Easter and Christmas Festive Season supplements may apply.
  9. All rates are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  10. Cancellation Policy - dependent on Season and Supplier:
    Cancellation 60 days prior to the tour – no cancellation fee charged.
    Cancellation 50 days prior to the tour – 25% cancellation fee charged.
    Cancellation 30 days prior to the tour – 50% cancellation fee charged.
    Cancellation 15 days prior to the tour – 100% cancellation fee charged.
    Cancellation 48 hours prior to the tour or no-show – 100% cancellation fee charged.
  11. We highly recommend that guests to take a travel insurance cover prior to their arrival for the tour.
  12. Kindly ensure your passport and travel documentation are in order and that you have obtained the necessary visas and innoculations for your travel.
  13. Reconfirmation of flight bookings should be made by the traveller.
